Overview
Created by the American Institute of Architects of Eastern Oklahoma, join us for an engaging summer program where students can practice their design skills. Each day is chock-full of hands-on activities to teach kids how to evaluate and synthesize information, how to collaborate, and how to use creative problem-solving techniques when confronted with real-world dilemmas.

Created with 5th-6th graders in mind, activities could be adapted for a middle school audience
Anticipated Supply Cost:
The lessons and curricula linked are FREE to use. Materials to implement the curriculum are the responsibility of the user. You can expect to spend approximately $15-$20 per student on materials. This is an estimated cost, and you can expect materials to vary depending on quantity, manufacturer, and market. These activities use several items that you may already have on hand, like paper, tape, and scissors, which could reduce the cost of this experience.
