Overview
Immerse yourself in the vast world of engineering! Students will have fun problem-solving and troubleshooting, while developing a sense of what engineers do, and exploring engineering career and degree options. Students will learn about Tulsa-area companies and explore many engineering disciplines, including electrical, civil, mechanical, petroleum, chemical, and aerospace, and see how engineers work in teams to solve real-world challenges. Campers will leave having developed a sense of what engineers do and explored engineering career and degree options.

Created with 6th-12th graders in mind, activities could be adapted for a younger audience.
Anticipated Supply Cost:
The lessons and curricula linked are FREE to use. Materials to implement the curriculum are the responsibility of the user. You can expect to spend approximately $35-$45 per student on materials. This is an estimated cost, and you can expect materials to vary depending on quantity, manufacturer, and market. These activities use several items that you may already have on hand, like paper, tape, and scissors, which could reduce the cost of this experience.
